- We have made every effort to display our products in our online store as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor or phone screen display and colours will be accurate.
- You agree to provide us with current, complete and accurate information for all purchases made in our online store, so we can promptly complete your order and contact you if needed.
Shipping
All of our products are shipped free with Australia Post. All our products are packed and shipped from Whitsundays QLD and are posted within 7 days after purchase. Shipping methods are in product descriptions, so you know exactly how your product will be posted before purchasing. We always do our very best wrapping products to protect during transit with proper shipping materials and mailers, to ensure your item/s arrives safely, **please note once your order has been posted, we are unable to make any changes to the shipping address or contents in the order. Eden Lassie Collection is not responsible for missing parcels if incorrect address is provided, so please insure all details are correct before completing your purchase. Should you realise a mistake has been made you must contact and notify us immediately, so that we can do our best to rectify any errors as long as your order has not been posted, in the instance an order has been posted, you must contact Australia Post immediately to have your order redirected to the correct address.
Refund Policy
We want you to love your purchase and we understand that buying art online can be daunting. We recommend you read the product descriptions thoroughly and take note of size details, materials etc. If by chance you are not satisfied with your purchase for a valid reason as listed below; you have 5 days after receiving your item to contact us and we will work with you to make it right. Please note due to the unique nature of our metal artworks, these items cannot be replicated as they are one of a kind, we can only offer you a refund or repair for your returned items. Returned postage cost are incurred by the purchaser. We ask the purchaser to return the item in the same packaging it was sent, if this is not possible we would ask items to be posted in the same way it arrived. Once we receive the item/s in its original condition (in the same state it was delivered) we will issue you a full refund no hassles. In the unlikely event that your item arrived damaged during transit, then we would ask that you contact Australia Post Office and lodge a claim via Australia Post channels as well as notifying us, so we can assist you with your claim.
Acceptable and non acceptable return reasons:
- The item is delivered to you in a damaged or faulty state due to craftsmanship fault.
- The item is obviously not as pictured or described (please note colours, textures are represented online as true as possible to the original product, however these may vary slightly between digital screens/devices and these slight variations will not be accepted as a reason for return)
- We make every effort to clearly and accurately describe the listed products. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns when the relevant product information has been provided prior to purchasing but was not read or understood before purchasing. If you have any inquiries about any products please send us a message before purchasing any products, we are more then happy to answer any questions you may have.
- Please choose carefully when ordering as refunds are not given because you have changed your mind after purchase. We recommend you preview your shopping cart before proceeding to checkout. Once you have processed your order it cannot be cancelled. If there has been a mistake such as incorrect shipping information please contact us immediately.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use and returned in the original packaging with tags.
- Purchaser will pay the postage cost to return the item to the return address provided by us and you will not be reimbursed for return postage by us.
How to initiate a return:
- Contact us on our Eden Lassie Collection website within 5 days after receiving your item.
- Please provide us with your order details including order number, your name and the product/s you wish to return from your order. Please include any photos of the issues or damage. We may ask you to send us a photo in certain circumstances for proof.
- Upon approval of your return request, we will send you the return postage details by email.
- Purchaser sends the item/s back (at their cost) to the provided address.
- Once we receive the returned item in its original condition (as delivered to you) we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 days.
**Eden Lassie Collection is not liable for the loss of items being returned to us. We recommend retaining your shipping receipt as proof

Sharing your personal information: We will never share, sell, rent any of our customers private information to any third parties at any time. We will never save any credit card information on file. We use GoDaddy to power our online store and payment’s are collected through PayPal. We can not be held responsible for any of their actions.
