We are located in the beautiful Whitsundays North QLD. Because we are a rural home based business we don’t offer viewings of our products at this stage. We will be soon appearing at local markets in the Whitsundays region & will keep everyone updated on our website and social media with dates.
Colins artworks can be seen and purchased from Wooby Lane fine art gallery in Hobart located at Salamanca Art Centre.

Customer’s can contact us on our website to request to purchase via bank transfer. Please send us a photo of the item you would like to purchase & we will provide details on how to make payment via email.

*Please keep in mind Col is limited with commissions per year as his art is quite time consuming & may not be able to take on all commission requests.
All of our products are shipped free with Australia Post. All our products are packed and shipped from Whitsundays QLD and are posted within 7 days after purchase. Shipping methods are in product descriptions, so you know exactly how your product will be posted before purchasing. We always do our very best wrapping products to protect during transit with proper shipping materials and mailers, to ensure your item/s arrives safely, **please note once your order has been posted, we are unable to make any changes to the shipping address or contents in the order. Eden Lassie Collection is not responsible for missing parcels if incorrect address is provided, so please insure all details are correct before completing your purchase. Should you realise a mistake has been made you must contact and notify us immediately, so that we can do our best to rectify any errors as long as your order has not been posted, in the instance an order has been posted, you must contact Australia Post immediately to have your order redirected to the correct address.
We want you to love your purchase and we understand that buying art online can be daunting. We recommend you read the product descriptions thoroughly and take note of size details, materials etc. If by chance you are not satisfied with your purchase for a valid reason as listed below; you have 5 days after receiving your item to contact us and we will work with you to make it right. Please note due to the unique nature of our metal artworks, these items cannot be replicated as they are one of a kind, we can only offer you a refund or repair for your returned items. Returned postage cost are incurred by the purchaser. We ask the purchaser to return the item in the same packaging it was sent, if this is not possible we would ask items to be posted in the same way it arrived. Once we receive the item/s in its original condition (in the same state it was delivered) we will issue you a full refund no hassles. In the unlikely event that your item arrived damaged during transit, then we would ask that you contact Australia Post Office and lodge a claim via Australia Post channels as well as notifying us, so we can assist you with your claim.
